Ingredients:  
1 cake compressed yeast, 1/3 C sugar, 2 eggs, 1/4 C. fat, 1 C lukewarm water, 4 C flour, & some salt
Directions:
Directions:
Crumble yeast and add salt, 1 T sugar and 3 T water and let stand 5 min. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Knead 3 min. and place in buttered bowl. Cover tightly and chill 12 hours or longer. Can be kept as long as a week.
