1 1/2 tbsp. self rising flour
2 to 3 tbsp. old fashioned oats
1 tbsp butter
2 heaping tbsp. brown sugar
a sprinkle of cinnamon
1 apple of choice

Directions:
Directions:
Blend first five ingredients until crumbly. Peel and slice an apple in dish, spread crumb mixture over apple. Place in microwave for 3 minutes on high.
