14 c rhubarb cut into 1/2 in pieces
3 c raisins
7 c sugar
juice of two oranges
grated rind of two oranges
1/2 to 1 cup walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine rhubarb, raisins, sugar, orange rind and juice. let stand for 1/2 hour. Bring to a boil uncovered 40 mins. Stir frequently. Add coarsely chopped nuts and boil to jam stage (about 5 mins). Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal.
