1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1 can white shoepeg corn, drained and rinsed
1 can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 green pepper, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
1 yellow pepper, chopped
1 red onion, diced

Directions:

Boil vinegar and sugar, let cool. Combine with remaining ingredients and let chill. Serve with corn chips.
