2-8 oz pkgs cream cheese, softened
3 T finely chopped celery
3 T finely chopped onion
1 pkg Uncle Dan's Original Southern dried salad dressing mix (3/4 oz)
dash tobasco sauce
chopped walnuts or pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well. Divide into 2 balls and roll in nuts. Chill overnight.
*I form the balls in wax paper before rolling in the nuts.

My Mom only used Uncle Dan's salad dressing but Hidden Valley would probably work.
