3 medium potatoes, peeled
3 medium red potatoes, peeled
1 large sweet potato, peeled and halved
1 c. mayonnaise
2 T. sugar
1 T. white vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3/4 tsp. dill weed
1 med. sweet onion, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Place the potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and cook for 30-40 min or until potatoes are just tender. In a small bowl, whisk the mayo, sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper, and dill weed. Drain the potatoes; cube and place in a large serving bowl. Cool slightly. Add onion and dressing; stir gently to coat. Cover and refrigerate for two hours or overnight.
