8 oz. bag Puff Corn
1/2 lb. butter- not margarine
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250º. Put Puff Corn into a large (turkey size) roasting pan. In a 2 qt. sauce pan, boil butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup for 2 min. Remove from heat and add baking soda. Stir briskly, it will foam up when stirred. Pour over puff corn and stir well. Bake for 45 min, stirring every 15 min. Spread out on wax paper to cool.
