1 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed - 1 cup mayonnaise - 1 cup sour cream - 1 1.4 ox package Knorr vegetable soup mix (This mix cannot be substituted.) 1 8 1/2 oz can water chestnuts, drained and finely chopped - 1/4 cup finely chopped onion - 1/2 cup grated carrots - 1/2 cup chopped red pepper. - I have used imitation crab meat in this dip also, If do so chop in bite size.

1 squeeze all water from spinach. You can use a tea towel to do so. Combine with other ingredients and refrigerate for at least 2 hrs. Serve with crackers, raw carrot sticks, or jicama sticks.
