fresh corn on the cob,pickling salt and fresh water

Directions:
remove the husks from the corn and clean ears, wash them off in cold water, bring enough water to a boil in a large kettle to cover corn, add corn and when boiling begins again boil for 5 minutes. Take out and let cool until cold. Mix up picking salt and water, use 2 cups of salt to 10 quarts of water. place cold corn in a crock or jar and add water and seal or cover tightly, let set for 21 days and u have pickled corn
