1 egg, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 tbsp milk, l cup sifted flour.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine l beaten egg, 1/2 tsp salt, and 2 tbsp milk. Add l cup sifted flour or enough to make a stiff dough. Roll very thin on floured surface. Let stand 20 minute's. Roll up loosely. Slice 1/4 inch wide; unroll, spread out and let dry 2 hrs. Drop into boiling soup or salted water and cook uncovered about l0 minutes, depending on thickness.
