1 2/3 cups of flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1 cup molasses
1 egg
1/2 cup softened butter or margarine/mashed w/ fork

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together and add 1/2 cup boiling water and stir everything until all is smooth
Bake @ 350º until you smell gingerbread and when you touch the center of the cake and it bounces back (30- 40)min
