Ingredients:
Hamburger meat
Onions
Carrots
Potatoes
Salt
Pepper
Worcestershire sauce
Beef bouillon
Garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Season hamburger meat with salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, about 1 teaspoon of instant beef bouillon and a dash of garlic.
Pat meat down into a skillet, then layer sliced onions, carrots and potatoes. Cook slowly with lid so meat and onions will be done.
If I don't have instant beef bouillon, I will break up a bouillon cube in a paper towel. (Meme's words)

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
When I make Meme's Hamburger dish I use a package of Lipton onion soup mix and Worcestershire sauce instead of salt, pepper, beef bouillon. Sometimes I add garlic but sometimes I don't. I pat the meat into a Pyrex dish, and layer sliced onions, potatoes and carrots on top. Cover with foil if the dish does not have a lid. Once the meat and vegetable's are cooked, I drain off any oil that has cooked out of the meat. I add a can of mushroom soup on top that has been diluted with 1/2 can of water. Then cook a little longer
When Meme would stay with Kendra and Knox Jr.
she would make this dish for them. They loved it.
