1 c sugar
1 T flour
1 T cornstarch
1 c hot water
lemon rind
lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan, grate rind of one lemon. Mix dry ingredients together and add to lemon rinds. Add water and cook until thick. Cool and add lemon juice to taste.

Serve over gingerbread cake.
