2 c. sugar, 3 c. flour, 3 eggs ,2 cinnamon, 1 tsp. soda, 1 c. chopped pecans 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil, 2 c. grated carrots 1 c. crushed pineapple & juice, 1 tsp vanilla. Cream Cheese Frosting: 1/2 stick margarine, softened, 3 oz cream cheese, softened, 1 tsp vanilla, 2 Tbsp milk, 1 lb powdered sugar.

Cake - Mix thoroughly and bake in spray coated 9 x l3 pan @ 350º for 50 minutes.. Can be made several days before serving. Better with age.........Cream Cheese Frosting - Mix as for any frosting's receipe
