3 - 4 raw potatoes, diced
1 medium onion, diced
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
2 Tbsp. butter, divided
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Potatoes do not have to be peeled for this recipe. Dice potatoes into small pieces and place in hot skillet with hot oil and 1 Tbsp. butter. Mix in the diced onions. Salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat until the bottom is browned. Dot with remaining butter, turn over, and cook until second side is browned. Salt and pepper to taste.

My Grandpa Miller, Charles George Miller, was famous for his hash browned potatoes. He made these for us until he was well into his 90s.
