Açucar - 500 gr
Ovos - 12
Laranjas - raspa e sumo de 4
Farinha - 2 c. sopa

Directions:
Mistura-se o açúcar com a farinha e a raspa de laranja. Junta-se o sumo de laranja.Acrescentam-se os ovos previamente batidos com um garfo (não bater demasiado).
Untar, forrar de papel, tornar a untar e polvilhar o tabuleiro. Vai ao forno médio e não se deixa secar. Tem que coagular mas retira-se ainda um pouco úmida.
Desenforma-se para cima de um pano polvilhado de açúcar e enrola-se.
