Finely grated cabbage (med head)
salt
1/4 c. sugar
black pepper
ground red pepper
3 tbsp. vinegar
catsup

Directions:
Directions:
Add to cabbage; vinegar, sugar and salt to taste. Black pepper taste should be obvious. Add enough red pepper to make it hot as you like. Use enough catsup to make a pink color.
