2 Cans crushed Pineapple, drained (8 oz.ea.)
1 C. grated Cheddar Cheese
1 C. Sugar
3 T. Flour
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed (or other brand)
1 stick (1/2 C) Butter, melted.
Directions:
Directions:
Put drained pineapple on bottom of 2 quart casserole dish. Mix together Cheese, Sugar and Flour and spread over pineapple. Mix crushed Crackers with melted Butter and spread over top of Cheese mix. Bake 350º for 25 minutes. Can be doubled for 9 X 13 dish.

Better make double batch-once tasted it goes fast..It's even great cold so makes a great picnic dish.
