1 T salt
2 t sugar
1/4 t garlic powder
1/4 t onion powder
1/4 t paprika
1/2 T lemon juice
1/2 t black pepper
1 T basil, dried
2 T olive oil

1 large whole chicken for roasting
Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients. Spread evenly on roasting chicken.

Place chicken on roasting rack and in pan. Roast at 350 for 40 mins or until thermometer reads 160 degrees at thigh and juices run clear.
