1 stick oleo, melted -1 c flour - 1 cup pecans, chopped - 8 oz cream cheese -1 c. Cool Whip - l cup powdered sugar - 1 large instant pudding (vanilla) - 1 large instant pudding (chocolate) - 3 cups milk. - 1 cup powdered sugar.

Mix oleo, flour and pecans. Press into 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool. Beat together cream cheese, Cool Whip and powdered sugar. Spread on crust. mix vanilla pudding as directed on pkg. Spread on cream cheese mixture. Mix chocolate pudding as directed. Spread on vanilla pudding. Next cover top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle top with grated Hershey bar. Enjoy.........
