1 1/2 pkg. fresh spinach (baby)
1 small head lettuce (chopped)
3/4 lbs fresh mushrooms (sliced)
1/2 lb bacon crumbled or bacon bits
3 cups grated Swiss cheese
1 cup cottage cheese

Salad dressing:
3/4 cup red wine vinegar
3/4 cup sugar
1 small purple onion, chopped
1 1/2 cup oil
1 and1/2 Tbs sliced green onions
1 1/2 Tbs poppy seed
1 1/2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Toss salad ingred, except cottage cheese and salad dressing. Shortly before serving gently fold in cottage cheese, then pour enough dressing into salad to coat.

for dressing: Combine all ingredients for dressing and blend well--Refrigerate until ready to use.
