1 ½ lb pork cut in small cubes
1 ½ c pineapple juice
½ c brown sugar
1 tsp soy sauce
½ c flour
2 T shortening
- salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix salt and pepper into the flour. Dip the pork into the flour mixture. Shake some of the flour off and saute the pork until well done. Serve over rice.
