1 1/4 cup flour
1 cup sugar minus 2 tbs
3 tbs cocoa
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
6 tbs oil
1 tbs vinegar
1 tsp vanilla
1- 1/4up water

Mix altogether, bake in a prepared pan at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
