1 lb. Hamburger
1/4 cup uncooked rice
1 slightly beaten egg
2 tbs onion chopped
1/2 tsp salt
dash of pepper
1/4 cup chili powder
1 tsp worchestershire sauce
1 can tomato soup
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients above. Form meat balls. Mix rest of the ingredients together to make the sauce.Pour sauce over the meat balls. Cover and stir 40 min in fry pan or
in oven 375 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes.

This recipe is from Maurine Rollins Edwards. She passed away several years ago in her late 90's. She was a wonderful cook. Betty Edwards Shosted is her oldest daughter and graciously gave us this recipe.She is 84 yrs old herself.
