½ c olive oil
6 T ketchup
2 T vinegar
1 T lemon juice
1 T Creole mustard or horse radish
1 t salt
½ t hot pepper sauce
3 celery hearts with leaves chopped (use only very tender, leafy center ribs)
4 green onions, very finely chopped
1 T parsley,very finely chopped
36 large or 48 small shrimp (1 ½ lb) Cooked, cleaned, deveined

Mix ingredients and pour over shrimp to let marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
