Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 (12 to 14 pound) precooked ham
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
3/4 cup bourbon
1 navel oranges, peeled and sectioned
2 cup dark brown sugar
3/4 cup whole cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Place ham, fat side up, in a shallow pan with a rack. Bake for 2 hours. (thermometer should register between 130 and 140º).
When the ham is cool enough to handle, cut away the rind and score the ham, cutting through the fat until you reach meat. Make the cuts about 1 inch apart, crosswise and lengthwise. Return the ham to the pan and raise the oven temperature to 450º. With a pastry brush paint the ham on all sides with 1/2 cup of the bourbon. Combine the mustard, sugar and remaining 1/4 cup of bourbon and press into the scored ham. Stud the center of each diamond with a clove and arrange the orange sections attractively on the ham. (Use toothpicks to secure them.) Baste the ham with the pan drippings and bake undisturbed in the hot oven for an additional 15 to 20 minutes until the sugar has melted and formed a glaze.
