1 small onion diced
1/2 cup finely diced celery
2 Tbsp. butter
1 can (10 1/2 ounces) tomato soup
1 soup can water
1 tsp. chopped parsley
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Garnish:
1/4 cup unsweetened cream, whipped
chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and celery in butter, but do not brown. Add tomato soup, water, parsley, lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.The celery will remain crisp. To serve, pour the soup into 4 bowls and garnish with a spoonful of the cream and a sprinkling of parsley.
