1 1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1/4 t paprika
1/4 t lemon pepper seasoning
6 chicken boneless chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c sour cream
1/2 c dry white wine or chicken broth
1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
Directions:
Directions:
Combine first four ingredients and rub into chicken. Place in a crockpot. In bowl, combine soup, sour cream, wine/broth and mushrooms. Pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Thicken the sauce if you desire.
