2 chicken breasts cut into pieces
6 slices bacon
1/2 c chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can milk

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon until crisp, crumble and set aside. Brown chicken and onion in bacon drippings until done. Drain drippings if any remain. Add soup and milk to chicken and cook until heated through. When ready to serve, sprinkle bacon over chicken.

From my good friend Pat McKain. Paul liked it so much growing up that it is regularly served at his house. I serve it over cooked rice but noodles would be good, too.
