1 Onion, minced
3 tbsp. Margarine
2 c. Soft bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
Dash of cayenne
8 Ripe tomatoes
1/4 c. Soft bread crumbs
1 tbsp. Melted Margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Saute onion in 3 tbsp. margarine until tender. Add next 5 ingredients. Arrange layer of tomatoes in bottom of greased casserole dish. Top with onion-bread mixture. Continue this until all is used - ending with tomatoes on top.

Combine 1/45 c. crumbs with melted margarine - sprinkle over top of casserole.

Bake in oven for 45 minutes.
