8 or 10 Slices soft white bread
1/2 c. Margarine, melted
Mustard
1 lb. Frankfurters
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Flatten bread slices with rolling pin. Brush some with butter and then spread with mustard. Place hot dog on each bread slice and roll tightly. Place seam side down on greased pan.

Drizzle with remaining butter and sprinkle with cheese.

Bake in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until crisp and browned.

Serves 4 or 5.º
