ciabatta bread
1/2 of an avocado, mashed
1/2 of a tomato, sliced
a handful of spinach
a handful of plain chips
2 - 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mash up avocado and mix with salt and pepper. Spread onto one side of bread and add tomato and chips. On the other side of the bread put the balsamic vinegar. Scrunch spinach in hand and add that too. If the bread is not already toasted, put it in a panini grill.
