1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup white vinegar (or more)
1 tsp. sugar
Parmesan cheese, finely grated
Salt and pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Liberally sprinkle grated Parmesan over the lettuce and vegetables in the salad bowl. In a shaker, mix together the oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper; shake (or whisk in a bowl) to thoroughly combine. Adjust seasonings to taste. Pour over the salad and toss. Add additional Parmesan to top of salad, if desired.
