Ripe tomatoes
Vinegar of your choice
Salt and pepper
Chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and slice tomatoes; arrange on platter. Sprinkle with vinegar of your choice. Salt and pepper the tomatoes and then sprinkle with parsley. Chill and serve.

This recipe may be altered by substituting basil for the parsley and adding fresh mozzarella slices. Or simply crumble feta over the tomato slices.
