1 c. butter or shortening,
2 c. sugar,
2 eggs,
1 1/2 c. buttermilk,
2 tsp. vanilla,
4 c. flour,
1 tsp. B.soda,
1 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening, sugar, and eggs until light and fluffy. Beat in buttermilk, and vanilla. put in flour soda, and salt stir. droop by teaspoon. bake at 400º for 8-10 mins.
Frost with powdered sugar icing or sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon
