1 - 10 oz container of light Alfredo Sauce

1 1/4 cups of water

2 3 oz ramen noodles ( discard seasoning packets included). Break up noodles

2 5 oz cans of Tuna ( or 2 cups deli rotisserie Chicken or 1 lb of peeled and deveined Shrimp)

2 cups of cut fresh vegetables (such as halved snow sugar caps and chopped sweet red pepper)

Directions:

Combine container of light alfredo sauce with 1 1/4 cups of water in a large skillet - bring to a boil.

Open the ramen noodles, break up the noodles.

Stir noodles with your choice of tuna, chicken or shrimp; add fresh vegetables and add both to skillet.

Return to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer covered for 5 minutes.

Season to taste with pepper.
