6 T minced garlic
6 c pineapple juice
6 T soy sauce
1 1/4 c lemon juice
18 T minced onion
12 T crushed pineapple
3/4 t or less cayenne pepper
4 c water
1 1/2 c teriyaki sauce
8 c dark brown sugar
1 1/2 c ketchup
6 T Jack Daniels

Simmer 3-4 hours uncovered. Put in hot jars and seal in water bath.
