Blend together:

2 cups sugar

2 well beaten eggs

2 cups flour

1 tsp salt

1 tsp baking soda

Bring to a boil:

1 stick of butter

1/2 liquid oil

4 tsp cocoa

1 cup water

... then add 1/2 cup sour cream and 1 tsp of pure vanilla the add to dry ingredients.

Pour into large cookie sheets that has sides. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 400º

Then cool.

Within an hour put together the following glaze:

1 stick of butter, 3-4 tbsp of cocoa, 6 tbsp of sour cream.

Bring to a boil.

Then add 1 box or about 16oz powdered sugar that is sifted into the hot glaze. Combine into the hot mixture as you go. Then add 1 tsp of pure vanilla. You can add chopped nuts to the mixture if you like. Pecans or walnuts are best!
