3 cans Shoepeg Corn
1 stick Butter
12 oz. Cream Cheese
3 to 4 Jalapeño Peppers, seeded and finely chopped
1 cup Milk
3 tbsp. Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 º. Drain corn. Coat baking dish with cooking spray. Mix the corn and jalapeños together in a bowl. Melt the butter and cream cheese together. Add milk and flour. Beat until the mixture is smooth. Add cheese mixture to the corn mixture, blend well. Pour into the prepared baking dish. Bake for 20 to 30 min. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
