Ingredients:
1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp of rum

6 whole eggs

1/2 pound mozzarella cheese shredded

4 tbsp sugar

4 tbsp water

Directions:
Directions:
In a blender, mix together : the evaporated milk, the condensed milk, cheese, vanilla extract, eggs and rum. Set aside.

In a medium saute pan on medium heat, heat the sugar and water until syrup-like and brown in color, about 5 - 8 minutes. Keep stirring the sugar can burn easily. Pour the melted sugar caramel into a baking dish, coating around the bottom and sides and let it harden.

Pour in the milk mixture.

Place the entire baking dish in a larger dish filled half way up the smaller dish with water, but be sure not to let any water spill into the flan mixture. Cover with a lid and foil.

Place it on the stove on medium and after the water is boiling, let it cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Let it get cold. Insert a knife into the center and if it comes out clean, it is fully cooked. It is better to make it the night before.
