1 lb. hamburger
1 c. pineapple juice
1 can pineapple chunks
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. vinegar
6 Tbsp. water
1/2 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Make the hamburger into your favorite meatloaf mixture. Form into meatballs and fry. Cook the pineapple juice on low for a few minutes. Add cornstarch, soy sauce, vinegar, water and sugar. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Add meatballs and pineapple chunks. Serve warm.
