1 32-oz. bag hashed brown potatoes (square cut, not southern style)
1 large can condensed cream of… (your choice)
1 1/2 stick butter
1 16-oz. container sour cream
Grated onion
Grated cheese
2 c. Corn Flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Defrost potatoes; mix in soup, sour cream, onion and 1 stick of butter. Mix together; add salt and pepper. Spread into 9" x 12" pan or larger. Melt 1/2 stick of butter and mix with at least 2 cups of Corn Flakes. If your family likes the crunchy top, feel free to add more. Bake at 350º for about 1 hour.
