1 can whole kernel corn, not drained
1 can cream-style corn
1/2 c melted margarine
1 c sour cream, can use yogurt
2 eggs beaten
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
little green pepper, optional
little grated onion, optional
1 1/2 c grated American cheese.
Directions:

Mix all together. Place in a 9x13 inch pan and bake for 45 minutes at 350.
