1 yellow cake mix
15 oz can Mandarin oranges
1 large French vanilla instant pudding
2-8oz cans crushed pineapple with juice
8 oz Cool Whip
Pecans (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Grease bottom of a 9X13 inch pan. Prepare cake according to package, plus add a can of Mandarin oranges, drained. Add enough water to juice from oranges to make one cup and add to cake mix. Mix for 2 minutes. Bake for 40 minutes at temperature on box. Cake will still feel moist when done. Mix dry pudding, pineapple and Cool Whip. Spread on cake when cool. May sprinkle with chopped pecans.
