1c. gr. grapes
1c. red grapes
1c. snow peas
2c. packed torn spinach
2 1/2 c. sliced celery
7oz. pasta, cooked
1 6oz. jar sliced artichokes
1/2 large cucumber, sliced
3 gr. onions
1 c. feta cheese
2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, minced
optional: 1c. chicken or toasted cashews

dressing: 1/2 c. veg. oil
1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbs. white wine vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried minced onion
1 tsp. lemon juice

mix all pasta salad ingredients in large bowl, pour dressing over just before serving.

makes 15 cups of salad.
