4T butter
1/4c brown sugar
1/4t cinnamon
4 bananas (firm) peeled and sliced (cross or lengthwise)
1/2 cup dark rum
Vanilla Ice Cream
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a skillet over low heat, Add sugar and cinnamon, stir to dissolve sugar. Add bananas and cook till they start to soften. Add rum. Once rum is warm, ignite and swirl pan until fire dies.

Alternatively cook bananas is skillet with butter ~5min/side. Remove to a warm bowl and make sauce as above. Combine sauce and bananas.

Serve over ice cream.
