Cake:
1 box white cake mix (Duncan Hines)
1/4 cup oil
3 eggs
1 -8 oz. carton sour cream
1 can cream of coconut (8 1/2 oz)

Frosting:
8 oz cream cheese
1 pound powdered sugar
2 T milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 can angel flake coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all of cake ingredients together with mixer. Bake 9 x 13 prepared pan. 45-50 min at 350º

Frosting:
Blend p sugar into softened cream cheese. Then work in milk and vanilla. Spread icing onto cake. Sprinkle with coconut.
This recipe can also be baked in 2 - 9" layer pans.
