2 pounds hash brown potatoes thawed
2 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese
8 oz sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup

1/4-1/2 cup minced onion
1 stick melted oleo

Mix together and pour into a 9x13 greased pan (PAM spray)

2 cups crushed corn flakes
Sprinkle over potato mixture

1/2 cup melted oleo
Drizzle over corn flakes

Bake 350º oven for 45 minutes or until cooked.

If potatoes are not thawed, bake a little longer.

Can use either shredded or cubed hash browns, I like the shredded ones best.
