2 - 8 oz. boxes of lasagne noodles
2 lb. ground meat
2 onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
4 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. Italian seasoning, or
1 tbsp. Italian seasoning and 1 tbsp. oregano
2 cans tomatoes
2 cans tomato paste
3 c. ricotta cheese or cottage cheese
18 slices mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
3 eggs

Brown meat, onion and pepper in olive oil. When brown, add salt, pepper, garlic, Italian seasoning and tomatoes and tomato paste. Simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Cook noodles according to instructions on box. When done, arrange in layers in baking dish; noodles, cotttage chese mixed with eggs, mozzarella cheese, meat mixture, and parmesan cheese. Repeat until all intredients are used. This fill 2 baking dishes or 1 large lasagne pan. Bake 35 min. at 350 degrees.
