1 lb confectioners sugar (sifted)
1/2 cup cocoa (sifted)
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 c milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 c (1 stick) butter

Directions:
Directions:
In I 1 1/2 quart casserole dish, stir sugar,cocoa,blended salt, milk and vanilla together until partially mixture is too stiff to thoroughly blend in all dry ingredients). Put butter on top in center of dish. Microwave at HIGH for two minutes. Stir vigorously until smooth, If all butter has not melted in cooking, it will as mixture is stirred. Blend in nuts. Pour into wax paper lined 8x4x3in dish. Chill for one hour in ref or 20 mins in freezer.t I use a 1100 watt microwave.
